About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team in Adelaide. As a key support member, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our high-performing team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries and emails to ensure seamless communication
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Organize fee earners' schedules and coordinate travel arrangements
* Produce high-quality documents and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate monthly client billing and corporate expense reconciliation
* Maintain client databases and update contact information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* A proactive and flexible attitude with high initiative
* Clear and confident communication at all levels
* Previous experience in the legal industry or professional services environment
* Significant experience using file management software and account management software
* Advanced MS Word skills and strong understanding of MS Office applications
