We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead learning in our 3–5-year-old preschool room in a full-time capacity.
This is first and foremost an opportunity to step into a meaningful teaching role, designing engaging programs and building strong connections with children and families. Depending on your aspirations, experience, and strengths, this role could also evolve into a dual opportunity that includes the Educational Leader position - guiding practice across the centre and supporting a team of committed educators.

Your impact as an Early Childhood Teacher
In this role, you will:
* Lead meaningful learning experiences for children aged 3–5, aligned with the EYLF and NQF
* Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and the local community
* Support reflective practice, documentation, and child-centred planning
* Ensure every child feels safe, included, and supported to thrive
* (Optional) Step into an Educational Leader role and help mentor and inspire others - if this aligns with your aspirations and experience
What you'll bring
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* NESA Accreditation (NSW)
* Current WWCC (NSW)
* Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
* A genuine love for early learning and a commitment to inclusive, quality practice
