Your responsibilities will include:assisting with the allocation of vacant propertieslease sign-upsconducting property inspections and condition assessmentsoverseeing paymentscarrying out tenancy exit proceduresreporting to the Housing Services Team Leaderfocusing on helping tenants sustain tenancies, while ensuring properties are well maintainedhandling a range of administrative duties including reporting, addressing complaints, adhering to compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systemsAs AHL is a registered provider of community housing, the role operates under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and the WA Regulatory Framework for Community Housing.About youYou will form part of a team of property and tenancy professionals in the delivery of our housing operations.Demonstrated capacity to learn recent skills quickly, be a self-directed learner and be prepared to actively participate in ongoing learningDemonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours including a limited number of overnight regional trips per yearDemonstrated ability to establish appropriate professional networksClear National Police clearance issued within the last three monthsWell-developed computer skills including use of the Microsoft Office suitePlease request an application package for full detailsWhy work for us?
