Leadership Role - Operations Manager
This position oversees and manages operations, scheduling, and dispatch of crews to various projects. Key responsibilities include leading daily operations, workforce scheduling, and ensuring the efficient allocation of plant and equipment.
* Directly manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors, promoting effective collaboration and productivity initiatives.
* Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high performance levels.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication, resolving issues and variations efficiently.
* Support business growth by participating in quoting, invoicing, and job cost reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a leadership role within plumbing, hydraulic, or building services operations.
* Strong understanding of scheduling, client liaison, and dispatch principles.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Relevant trade or industry qualification preferred.
* Current driver's license and full working rights in Australia required.
