Overview

Hybrid work environment. 24‐month max term contract until February 2027. Play a significant part shaping the future of our iconic Australian institution. IT security project to uplift remote access.

Responsibilities

* Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation Strategies: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential impacts of the changes on various departments and processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate any negative effects and ensure a smooth transition.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project. This includes regular updates, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Training and Support Programs: Design and deliver training sessions and support resources to ensure all employees and Board members are proficient in using the enhanced remote access systems. This includes creating user guides, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.

Qualifications

* Change Management Experience: Proven experience in managing change initiatives, including developing and executing change management plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and end-users.
* Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs to ensure users are proficient with new systems and processes. This includes creating training materials and conducting workshops or training sessions.
* Problem‐Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The change manager should be able to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and updates to all stakeholders. The ability to create clear and concise documentation is also important.
