Lead Retail Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our retail operations.

About the Role
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer engagement.
* Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day store activities, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
* Experience in Retail Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results.
