About the Role
The Ecommerce Operations Lead will drive digital growth and shape our online presence across Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across DTC stores and B2B portals, elevating brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Manage asset uploads, banners, and product content across Shopify, ensuring seamless user experiences.
* Maintain ongoing site maintenance and content updates with accuracy and speed, driving website performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content & User Experience:
* Develop high-impact landing pages for launches, campaigns, and brand moments, boosting conversions and sales.
* Maintain content consistency across the SafeStyle app in line with the GTM calendar, fostering a unified brand voice.
* Support product data management and inventory tracking, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.
* Assist with DTC customer service enquiries as needed, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly.
2. Outbound Communications:
* Create and schedule EDMs, SMS, and outbound communications to target audiences, driving engagement and loyalty.
* Support list management, segmentation, and profile updates in Klaviyo, refining targeting and improving campaign effectiveness.
3. Reporting & Administration:
* Provide regular updates, deadlines, and status reporting across projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Analyze campaign, launch, and online performance insights, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation across projects and our internal Wiki, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Collaborate with Sales and the wider Brand team to deliver unified campaign execution, driving business results and growth.
* Contribute positively to SafeStyle's culture and our 'Worksite to Weekend' ethos, embodying our values and principles.
