About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Class 2 residential construction project. This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the full project lifecycle, with end-to-end responsibility for program, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. You will play a critical role in driving on-site performance, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a Class 2 residential construction projects from commencement through to completion Develop, manage, and update construction programs, including forecasting and progress reporting Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and authority requirements Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and coordination in line with program and budget Manage WHS, quality, and environmental standards across site Liaise with consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders Prepare and present regular project reports covering cost, program, and risk Lead, mentor, and manage site teams to drive performance and accountability Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager working on Residential Calss 2 projects Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects Strong knowledge of Class 2 building requirements, construction sequencing, and compliance Demonstrated leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors Strong programming, reporting, and cost control skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Benefits Lead a major residential project from commencement Strong pipeline of future projects and long-term career growth High level of autonomy and support from senior leadership Collaborative and professional construction environment About the Company This well-established construction business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across NSW.
