We are commencing recruitment for
two
distinct leadership roles for our 100-place centre in Port Lincoln, and we're looking for two warm, collaborative leaders who can work together to bring out the best in our people and community. The anticipated commencement for these roles is July 2026, allowing ample time for recruitment of our local team and preparation for service opening.
Key position details:
Nominated Supervisor / Centre Director - Full time
You will lead with heart and clarity, holding responsibility for:
* Regulatory compliance and quality under the National Quality Framework
* Coaching and mentoring educators in reflective practice
* Supporting children's learning, safety and wellbeing
* Leading quality improvement and audit readiness
A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with previous leadership experience within an ECEC service are essential requirements for this role.
Centre Operational Lead: 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week)
You will champion the business and team experience, focusing on:
* Occupancy, enrolment growth and family engagement
* Daily operational systems, coordination of suppliers, workforce planning and rostering
* Supporting and developing centre leaders and teams
* Driving operational excellence with a solutions-focused mindset
Experience working in the ECEC sector would be preferred but is not an essential requirement of this role.
