Our client is one of Australia's top 20 law firms and is looking to recruit a solicitor for their Brisbane practice.
They are known for their excellent culture and top-tier personnel, and are currently seeking a solicitor with 2 to 4 years' PAE.
Position Description
The Dispute Resolution team consists of five experienced partners and a large team of lawyers. The Brisbane team is looking to appoint a junior or mid-level lawyer due to growth. You will have exposure to a range of litigious matters including (but not limited to) corporate litigation, property disputes, competition litigation, and regulatory disputes across both domestic and international jurisdictions. This position will see you assume a large amount of responsibility, from taking instructions from clients, to briefing barristers and attending hearings and drafting a range of court documents.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have between 2-4 years' commercial litigation experience from a reputable practice.
