About the Role:
Ongoing business growth sees the need for an experienced residential construction Contracts Administrator to join Renovare. You will work closely with Adam and the Finance Officer, you will manage the contracts administration and client liaison functions across residential renovation projects. This role is critical to ensuring approvals, documentation, contractor coordination and client communication are handled professionally and efficiently.
Your positive attitude, flexible approach and strong organisation skills will be key to your success, along with your attention to detail, initiative and outcome focus
This is a part-time role offering work-life-balance with 25-30 hours per week.
Following an appropriate training period, hybrid working arrangements will be available with 1-2 days working from home and the remainder in the Morningside office.
Whilst the office hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm, your start and finish time is flexible to be negotiated.....maybe you would like to work 6:30am – 3:00pm......
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Compliance Administration
* Manage BA & DA applications through private certifiers and town planners
* Oversee project build approvals and compliance processes
* Coordinate and lodge final Form 21 compliance approvals
* Administer Master Builders contracts
Contract & Project Coordination
* Issue contractor purchase orders
* Send and manage requests for quotes
* Prepare and issue project variation documentation
* Coordinate and document client selections
Client & Director Support
* Act as key client liaison throughout the building journey
* Maintain clear, structured communication with homeowners
* Provide high-level administration support to the Director
About You:
You are organised, proactive and confident working within residential construction environments. You understand the building approval process and enjoy ensuring projects stay compliant, documented and on track.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated Contracts Administration experience in residential construction
* Experience within new homes or residential renovations
* Sound knowledge of BA/DA approval processes
* Experience working with Master Builders contracts
* Strong client communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and process focus
* Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
* Highly motivated, committed, team focused, honest and loyal.
* Friendly, positive and have a sense of humour.
