Job Description
As the Assistant Store Manager at Pillow Talk, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive operational and sales performance. Your responsibilities include reviewing store and team member performance regularly, collaborating on action plans, acting as a brand ambassador, creating highly personalised customer and employee experiences, coaching the team on the brand story, consultative selling and visual display, and supporting inventory and trade optimisation. You will empower your team to align daily actions with the business strategy and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a commercial, customer‐centric supervisory or assistant store manager role
* Large‐format, high‐volume retail experience
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in running the store and meeting revenue targets
* Fashion or trend‐oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
* Operational agility with solid inventory management capability
* Consultative selling experience, with proven ability to train and coach in consultative methods
* Entrepreneurial spirit and record of creating, collaborating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
* Strong delegation skills and ability to drive team productivity
