About the Role
Lead our teams giving our customers an outstanding experience. The ALDI Store Manager drives sales targets, owns training and development of a close‐knit team, and manages day‐to‐day operations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the store runs smoothly and keeps customers satisfied.
* Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses.
* Collaborate with the team at registers, shelf‐filling and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and propose ideas.
* Administer resources effectively, hitting goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members, assisting the Area Manager with recruitment.
