Role Overview
A new opportunity awaits a Clinical Nurse with experience working in Surgical Robotics to join the Perioperative Department at a private hospital in Perth. This is a permanent full‑time role.
* Promoting and maintaining clinical standards in the perioperative department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
* Being responsible for the coordination of quality nursing care in accordance with organisation policies and procedures, as well as in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
* Participating as a supportive team member in clinical decision‑making
* Providing clinical leadership as a role model for practice
* Being committed to maintaining a positive culture within the department
Candidate Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Minimum of 5 years of recent perioperative experience as a scrub / scout nurse, predominantly in robotic surgery
* Demonstrated experience scrubbing for a variety of robotic procedures
* Well‑developed problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership
* Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergencies
* Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
* Exhibits effective decision‑making in real time

Remuneration
On offer is a full‑time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,****** – $108,****** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
