An exciting Site Engineer opportunity with a Tier 1 Head Contractor delivering iconic and technically complex landmark projects.
My client is seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is looking to build a long-term career within a high-performing and well-resourced team.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Senior Engineers, and Foremen, gaining exposure to large-scale builds while being supported by structured systems, strong leadership, and clear development pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
Assist with short-term programming and planning
Manage QA processes and inspections
Review drawings and resolve technical queries
Support safety, cost control, and project delivery outcomes
About You:
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
2–5+ years' site experience (Tier 1 or 2 desirable)
Strong technical and communication skills
Motivated, proactive, and solutions-driven
