The Role:

* A Customer Service Officer is required to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting special needs customers, problem-solving, caring for unaccompanied minors, and providing information for customers.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

">
* Facing customer service experience within the hospitality or tourism industry;
* A proactive 'can-do' attitude;
* The ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations;
* Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to resolution;
* A strong communicator and listener;
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
* Compassion and empathy for special needs customers;
* Exceptional personal presentation;
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - preferred;
* System knowledge in Amadeus - Altea Customer Management - preferred;
* A 7-day rotational shift roster covering a range of hours; and
* A willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Please note: This role requires being based in Sydney with a 7-day rotating roster.
