Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Manager, Training Programs, to join our Training and Lifelong Learning Unit, reporting to our Senior Manager Education Services, on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Lead the full program management lifecycle for Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology training, including selection, enrolment, progression, and admission to fellowship.
* Ensure training programs remain compliant with College policies, accreditation standards, and the requirements of the AMC and MCNZ.
* Provide effective human resource management by overseeing the Training Programs team, fostering a collaborative culture, and supporting staff development.
* Manage all aspects of data collection, analysis and evaluation, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor, evaluate and enhance the delivery of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and leading strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and review of policy, procedures, and guidance documents to support effective program delivery.
* Engage proactively with key stakeholders and members to support continuous improvement and address feedback related to training.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Significant experience in managing undergraduate, postgraduate or vocational education and training programs, preferably in a health or medical setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
* High-level organisational and project management capabilities.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
* Tertiary qualifications in education, informatics, health, or a related field.
