About the Role
Milwaukee Tools is seeking a Sales Representative to join its Outdoor Trades division in Far North Queensland. This exciting opportunity will see you delivering exceptional service to end users by providing solution-based selling and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors.
Your key responsibilities will include driving end-user conversion to Milwaukee and growing market share across all product categories within your territory. You will also be responsible for identifying and acting on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and representation of the brand at industry events and networking opportunities will also be an essential part of this role.
We are looking for someone with trade, landscaping or gardening experience, minimum 1 year direct selling experience, and strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. A willingness to travel (2-3 nights per month) is also a must.
