Maas Constructions has an exciting opportunity for a trade experienced carpenter with an eye for attention to detail to join their highly successful team. Experience in carpentry, painting, plastering and/or odd jobs will be beneficial to be successful in this role.
Requirements
* Cert IV- Building or other trade qualification (desired).
* Experience in a similar role.
* A white card.
* A valid drivers license.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good time management skills.
* Developed interpersonal skills.
* Customer service experience.
* Intermediate computer skills with the ability to operate excel spreadsheets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Excellent time management skills.
* Demonstrate quality work.
* Training / mentoring junior staff as require.
* Be able to work as part of a team with other supervisors and trades people.
* Keep a safe site.
