Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews
* Maintain compliance standards
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate records and manage our recruitment database
* Handle candidate and client enquiries professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in agency recruitment
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with JobAdder is highly regarded
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
* A proactive, results driven mindset
