We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic team at NAOS Solutions in the Customer Service department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our clients.
* Lead and support a team of customer service representatives
* Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
* Ensure team meets and exceeds customer service goals
* Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year as a team leader.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 1 year of team management experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets
* Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
