Reliability Engineering Role
This role involves developing and implementing systems, frameworks, and processes to support ongoing operations and maintenance of the Western Sydney Airport Metro network.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) models, preparing plans and procedures, leading the rollout of RAM frameworks across the network, establishing methods for monitoring and reporting RAM performance, providing reliability assurance, supporting system assurance and risk management activities, and contributing to accreditation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in the rail industry, with 5+ years in driverless metro O&M in a production or engineering leadership role. They should also have proven experience developing and implementing RAM systems, a strong understanding of RAM principles, and experience with FRACAS and life-cycle cost analysis.
