With plenty of support from warm leads, your duties will include but not be limited to: Sourcing new business opportunities Conducting Open Homes Working closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants Maintaining and developing client relationships Offering professional advice to clients Arranging and conducting market appraisals The Requirements: The successful candidate MUST have previous experience as a BDM and/or in Property Management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills You will have a current Real Estate License, your own car and a valid driver’s license.
