We are seeking a graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our graduate program offers a comprehensive onboarding experience, ongoing support, and a caseload that allows for a smooth transition into the role.

Your own mentors: You will be mentored by an experienced clinician, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, client’s homes, and schools, and via telehealth. You will also have 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician to support your career ambitions.

Your role as an OT Grad
- Help children achieve their development milestones, such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, to help with play, school, or independent skills
- Educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children
- Help children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks, such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth, and feeding themselves
- Help children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments

You Will Also Have
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
