Senior Luxury Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through the purchasing process of our premium container homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and nurture leads in the luxury housing market.
* Build relationships with architects, property developers, boutique real estate agents, and landowners.
* Conduct sales presentations and site/viewing tours of display units.
* Collaborate with design, construction, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
* Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent our brand.
* Track sales metrics; report regularly to senior leadership.
