BSEL has long-standing educators and an experienced Service Manager, Emma to assist you in your new position. If you are studying, you will have the support of our Educational Leader, Kerry. Our centre is 87 places spread across two buildings, with huge outdoor spaces and is located close to public transport and Brookside Shopping centre.
We are currently recruiting for two roles: Part-time and Full-time educators.
Qualifications & experience
* A Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood (or working towards these qualifications
* A sound understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and QKLG.
* Being part of a team
* Blue card, current First Aid Certificate
* Flexibility with shifts between Monday - Friday 6:30am until 6pm
* Previous experience working in early years education would be amazing
* Traineeships and apprenticeships also welcome
* Candidates must possess valid Australian work rights to be considered for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
* You will join our educator team and assist us in establishing a secure, restful, engaging, exciting & comforting space for our children
* You will work alongside fellow educators to support and guide children's learning and interests through a play based curriculum
* You will get the opportunity to work together with experienced and new educators in a collaborative way to enhance your workplace
* A big part of this role will be to assist families in a meaningful way throughout the transition to BSELprocess
