About This Opportunity
The Property & Leasing Officer position involves providing property management and leasing services across the City-wide portfolio. As the primary contact point for tenants, you will be responsible for a wide variety of property-related matters including tenant engagement and property management.
Within this role, you will also be required to perform stakeholder engagement and customer service support, as well as database management under the direction of Senior Property Services Officer and Program Manager – Property.

* Tenant engagement and property management responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
* You will work closely with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service support and ensure seamless communication throughout the property lifecycle.

* Demonstrated understanding of property management services and facilities/asset management principles is essential for success in this role.
* Experience in lease preparation, negotiation, and administration is highly valued.
* Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders is critical to delivering exceptional results.
* Strong time management and communication skills are required to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* An understanding of Local Government functions is necessary to navigate complex regulatory environments.
