The Role The Site Services Manager plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out all site projects. Accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success of the project. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is ultimately responsible for the daily operations of the Site Services division. As our Site Services Manager you’ll be focused on: Maintains, develops and fosters client relationships to assist the business in acquiring future work, including securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects. Reviewing site scope with estimator/sales team prior to quote submission and job commencement and in the tender process where required. Be familiar with all technical aspects of projects including working to detailed engineering drawings (Piping Isometrics, GA’s and elevations). Liaise with clients by attending site production, quality and safety meetings. Complete resource planning/scheduling for the utilisation of labour, equipment and materials ensuring all information is updated and recorded in Simpro. Manage and lead the team allocated to site personnel providing clear instruction, leadership and direction. Ensuring the effective utilisation of site services staff when on site and in the workshop. Maintain, check and complete all necessary documentation in relation to site installation, quality and safety as well as staff licences and compliance requirements are up to date and in place. Complete projects within time and budget allocated (proactively measure productivity and actions). Ensure all projects comply with company safety and quality policies. Conducting project reviews on all larger based site projects. Accountable for the management and regular maintenance of site equipment, tools and consumables and liaises with maintenance staff accordingly. Ensure all company image and presentation standards are adhered to on projects eg signage, uniforms, housekeeping. Qualifications 5 or more years’ experience in a Project Management role in civil or Poly Piping systems. QHSE knowledge and experience including WS2 Plastic Welding Specification for Water Corporation would be highly regarded. Management training and experience. Highly regarded - Certificate in Project Management. Highly regarded - Degree in Engineering, Business or business administration.
