**About your new Role**
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has been created to join this stable and successful IT team of 8. This role will support all technology platforms at a group level and deliver projects and enhancements that will ensure ongoing success.
- Some of the key tasks include:
Provide Helpdesk support to the end user community for IT issues across multiple sites.
- Administer user profiles, access permissions, and maintain user accounts.
- Manage the internal IT environment including Windows servers, Active Directory, Firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Oversee hardware including maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.
**About You!**
- Will ideally come from an IT support background, either internal Helpdesk or MSP.
- Holds an IT degree or comparable qualification/product certifications
- Is skilled with SQL & Crystal reports
- Interpersonally, you are a self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team. You are a ‘hands-on’ person who is looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and experience to advance your career.
- Your strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with your stakeholders will be pivotal to your success.
