The Role
* Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
* Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
* Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
* Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
* Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
* Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
Role Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
* Previous experience within a Centre Director position
* Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, rating and assessment process
* Effective communication and management skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and the community
* Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
The Company
This beautiful service is based in Carrara. Opening its doors 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities.
