Key Role: Artisanal Baker
Main Responsibilities:
* We seek an experienced baker to craft artisan breads and other high-quality products using exceptional ingredients.
* Responsibilities include preparing dough, cutting, moulding, mixing, and baking to maintain consistent quality standards.
* Accurate records must be kept, and recipes followed precisely to meet the required quality standards.
* Safe equipment operation and a clean working environment are essential.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a baker or completion of a relevant certificate is required.
* Demonstrated passion for artisanal bread and commitment to quality are essential.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
