As a conveyancing specialist, you need to possess:
Ability to manage contracting process; supporting registrations, sales, and settlements while delivering a great experience to stakeholders
Previous experience as a conveyancing lawyer or specialist
Knowledge of real estate development and titles office registration requirements
Experience using PEXA, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Salesforce are preferred
