Senior Electrician – BMS and Integrated Systems
About the Role
Keece Group is seeking a Senior Electrician with strong BMS and integrated systems experience to join our delivery team. This is a hands‐on, site‐based role across installation, programming, commissioning, and coordination of complex building systems, with a clear pathway into a Specialist Project Manager role within our growing data centre division.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, commission, and fault‐find BMS and control systems
* Lead integration of HVAC, electrical, UPS/critical power, security, and EMS systems
* Take ownership of site delivery from install through to commissioning and handover
* Coordinate subcontractors and interface across multiple trades on site
* Review drawings and specs, raising RFIs where required
* Drive commissioning, testing, and system validation
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Support project planning, sequencing, and on‐site problem‐solving
Skills & Experience
* A‐Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Proven experience in BMS programming and controls systems
* Strong understanding of integrated building systems and interfaces
* Experience in data centres or mission‐critical environments (highly regarded)
* Exposure to UPS systems, critical power infrastructure, networked/IP‐based control systems
* Strong troubleshooting and fault‐finding capability
* Ability to manage site activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Willingness to travel interstate as required
