EQ Wealth and Quantiphy are two of Sydney's most forward-thinking financial advice and wealth businesses. Based in Double Bay, we specialise in working with high-net-worth clients, family groups, business owners, and professionals.
We're growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Financial Adviser who is ready to do more than manage a book. This is a role for someone who wants to build something — who sees a client relationship not as a transaction, but as a long-term partnership. We work with a select group of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, business owners, and professionals to deliver holistic strategies covering investments, superannuation, tax, business succession, personal insurances and intergenerational wealth transfer.
WHO WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experienced Adviser— At least 3+ years (post Professional Year) of client-facing financial advice experience, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth or complex client scenarios
* Self-Starter— Motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of client relationships without being told what to do
* Career-Focused— Genuinely seeking a career-defining opportunity with Senior Adviser as a realistic next step
* Technically Competent— Solid understanding of tax minimisation, superannuation, investment structuring, MDA or SMAs, Insurances and ideally business succession or intergenerational planning
* Relationship-Oriented— Exceptional ability to build trust, retain clients, and grow through referrals
* Growth Mindset— Commercially minded, innovative, and ready to contribute ideas — not just execute instructions
* Qualifications— Bachelor's, postgraduate, or master's degree in financial planning (FASEA compliant). SMSF and MDA experience highly regarded
WHO WE\'RE NOT LOOKING FOR
* Transactional Advisers— those focused solely on product sales or one-off transactions rather than long-term client relationships
* Supervision-Dependent— individuals who need close oversight or aren\'t comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
WHAT THE ROLE ENCOMPASSES
* Client Portfolio Management— Retain, manage, and grow an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients
* Strategic Advice— Deliver sophisticated, compliant, and holistic financial advice across investments, super, tax, succession, and more
* Advanced Solutions— Utilise and support MDA solutions for scalable, transparent investment portfolios
* Relationship Building— Foster deep, trusted client relationships and drive referral-based growth
* Business Development— Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth initiatives
* Collaboration— Work closely with leadership and other advisers in a high-performance, supportive environment
