2XM Recruit are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading equipment solutions business, with regular travel across the Central West region. Role: Account Manager Location: Central West NSW (Orange Based) Job type: Perm Salary: $95k - $110k plus Super DOE plus Vehicle In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of construction and civil clients. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions to support their projects. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters Identify and pursue sales opportunities across construction and civil projects Collaborate with internal teams and local branches to deliver tailored solutions Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction About You Experience in account management, sales, or business development Exposure to the rental, construction, civil, or infrastructure sectors Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities Comfortable travelling across the Central West region This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in strengthening client relationships across the regional construction and civil market.
