We are looking for an Interior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The role is based in our Unanderra Office, Monday to Friday. 
Responsibilities 
Lead and contribute to interior design concepts across a range of project types and scales 
Translate client needs into creative yet practical design outcomes 
Develop documentation packages from concept through to delivery 
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and other internal departments 
Stay hands-on with detailing, materials, and specifications 
Contribute to design discussions that influence projects from the ground up 
Qualifications 
Qualification in Interior Architecture / Interior Design 
5–10 years' experience in practice (childcare, education, workplace, or health experience an advantage) 
Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail 
Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/3D visualisation 
Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects 
A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills 
Flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands
