, ideally in architecture, interiors or a related design industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

What you'll do
Bid Coordination
Manage the
end-to-end bid process
, interpreting briefs and producing standout, client-focused submissions
Collaborate with our national bids team to ensure
timely, high-quality proposals
that reflect GroupGSA's brand
Use
Adobe InDesign
to craft visually engaging and persuasive bids
Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
Support the team with operational needs, manage maintenance, and nurture positive client relations
