Key Role in Project Performance
This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role supports tendering, estimating, procurement and contract management to guarantee timely, budget-friendly and high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Managing contracts, variations, progress claims and extensions of time (EOTs)
* Supporting or leading tender and estimating processes, including pricing analysis and recommendations
* Conducting site inspections and overseeing procurement, schedules and cost control
* Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project managers for smooth project delivery
* Identifying potential risks, defects, cost issues or delays early on and maintaining accurate commercial reporting
* Ensuring clarity and compliance in contract documentation using Simpel
* Providing commercial insights that enhance financial performance and protect project margins
The ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in contract administration within commercial construction, a Degree or Cert IV in Construction Management or Contract Administration, and a strong understanding of contract law, cost control and risk management.
