The Role As Head Chef, you will: Lead, mentor & train a diverse culinary team across all onsite catering operations Oversee daily food service delivery, including boarding, canteen, functions & events Drive high standards in quality, presentation, and consistency Maintain and champion strong HACCP and food safety compliance Manage dietary requirements with precision & care Control ordering, stock management, & costings Build a positive, high-performance kitchen culture This role requires equal parts operational excellence and people leadership. You will be the face of the kitchen, setting standards and creating an environment where your team can excel. About You You are: A qualified Chef with proven leadership experience in high-volume environments Passionate about food, team development, & continuous improvement Highly competent in HACCP, food safety systems, & compliance Experienced in managing diverse dietary needs with confidence Organised, commercially aware, & comfortable owning kitchen performance Ready to step into a bigger leadership role & grow your career Knowledge & experience in diverse culinary cuisine & operations Why Join Us?
