Lead Site Supervisor
This role is ideal for an experienced and hands-on professional to lead site operations and drive quality outcomes across a variety of bespoke builds.
* Oversee daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, tradespeople, and site crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Enforce strict compliance with WHS regulations and maintain accurate records of all site activities.
* Plan and schedule work programs, resources, materials, and equipment to maintain workflow efficiency.
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and consultants, to address project issues and deliver progress updates.
* Identify potential delays or risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Provide guidance and support to junior site staff, fostering team development and capability growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a site management or supervisor role, preferably in Class 1 Home Builder or Commercial Fit Out construction.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex builds with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and engage with stakeholders.
* Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes, supported by sound technical aptitude.
* Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
* Valid White Card and relevant construction certifications.
* Current driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
