What you'll bring
* Relevant degree in Organisational Development, OrganisationalPsychology, Human Resources, or a related field with substantial organisational development experience.
* Proven leadership in building and inspiring high-performing, engaged teams.
* Experience in culture transformation, change management, and major organisational initiatives.
* Understanding of Human Synergistics tools and their application.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
* A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
