Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Manager based in Sydney, Australia. The Risk Manager will oversee risk assessment, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include identifying potential risks, analyzing their impact, developing risk management frameworks, and providing recommendations to minimize financial and operational risks. The role also involves maintaining internal control systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing risk-related reports for senior management.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Risk Mitigation
* Skills in Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Reporting, and Internal Control Systems
* Proficiency in Analytical Tools, Data Analysis, and Financial Modeling
* Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
* Proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications such as FRM or PRM are a plus)
* Prior experience in financial markets, trading, or a similar environment is a strong advantage
