Job Overview

Sponsorship Management
Sponsorship management is a critical aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing all key sponsorship opportunities across VIC, QLD, and NSW, as well as managing the sponsorship lifecycle from advertising to payment follow-up. They will also maintain accurate sponsorship details in event manuals and Exhibitor info packs, including logos and branding.

Membership Engagement
The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving membership growth and retention nationally across existing and new industries. This will involve actively engaging Members through outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives to increase satisfaction and participation.

Exhibition Management
Exhibition management is another critical aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all exhibition sites are sold out for each event, as well as overseeing end-to-end Exhibitor management, including advertising, allocations, payments, inductions, OHS compliance, bump-in/out, and onsite support.

Reporting & Process Building
The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering high-level quarterly reports to the CEO, including budget performance and revenue development, as well as building out and documenting the sponsorship and exhibition management process.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in sponsorship management, membership engagement, and exhibition management
* Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business growth and manage complex projects
