Your Role & Responsibilities:
We provide leads and you convert them into buyers
Attending listing presentations with developers
Understanding project details and presenting properties to buyers
Conducting open inspections and sales events
Managing the buyer experience and nurturing relationships
Prospecting for new business opportunities
Negotiating contracts and assisting buyers through the purchase process

Requirements:
Real Estate License
Current Driver's License & reliable car
Laptop & mobile phone
Strong social media content creation skills – MUST
Experience in project sales preferred but not essential – we'll help you grow
Minimum of 6-12 months real estate experience required
Valid work visa accepted for employment eligibility
