Job Description:
The Supervisor Liaison Officer is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for advocating the needs of General Practitioners (GPs) and informing policy improvements to enhance training environments.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive positive change in general practice training. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and advocate, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advocate for GP supervisors' needs
* Develop systems, policies, and processes to support general practice training environments
* Represent the Supervisor Network at industry forums
* Collaborate with RACGP teams, Registrars, and Practice Managers to deliver quality improvements
