Job Description
We're looking for experienced and motivated
Field & Workshop Service Technicians
to join our team at our Horningsea Park branch. If you're passionate about delivering quality service, enjoy hands-on work either in the workshop and on-site, and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team – we want to hear from you.
In these role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment, working both independently and as part of a team. Your expertise will help minimise equipment downtime and ensure outstanding service for our customers.
What You'll Do
* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding on a range of mobile and construction equipment
* Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance both in the workshop and in the field
* Complete scheduled maintenance, major repairs, and warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Deliver high-quality workmanship that enhances the customer experience
* Provide on-site support to customers as required
* Accurately complete service reports and maintain detailed service records
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and OH&S standards
* Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining the ability to operate independently
What We're Looking For
* Trade-qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar)
* Proven experience with earthmoving or construction equipment
* Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively
* A strong commitment to safety and following company procedures
