PositionProfile: The Clinical Nurse Manager (Next Step Services)is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and supervision ofstaff directly reporting to them. Contributes to the developmentand monitoring of standards of nursing practice, initiatingresearch and quality improvement activities, and implementingchanges which benefit service provision as well as providesclinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensiveevidence-based care is delivered to consumers and coordinates theday-to-day operations. The Clinical Nurse Manager practices withintheir scope of practice, considerate of the Nursing and MidwiferyBoard’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

* Outpatient services atEast Perth and via integrated Community Alcohol and DrugServices at six metropolitan locations

* Outpatient and inpatientyouth services via the Integrated Drug and AlcoholYouth
Service.
* Community programsincluding the Community Pharmacotherapy Program
