The role
The team in Newcastle is not too big or too small, so this is a rare opportunity to work across a variety of projects as opposed to getting pigeonholed into working on the same type of project day in day out. They have great clients whose projects are as diverse as they are challenging.
Due to growth they are seeking a Structural Engineers at varying levels (with 5 years + experience) at up to Associate, to lead and manage projects.
Key responsibilities
Prepare structural designs for a variety of building types across varying sectors
Undertaking components of design such as steel, precast concrete, post tensioned concrete, masonry and timber
Plan design packaging and design interfaces
Produce designs and design documentation
Manage the verification of the design in accordance with the quality systemMentor junior engineers and supervise designers and drafters
