Quarry Transport Manager (Full Time) – Northern Victoria

We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity ofVictorian Quarry Transport Managerto be based in Northern Victoria.
Reporting to the General Manager – Transport, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of Mawsons Vic Quarry Transport business, ensuring vehicles and drivers are fully compliant in all aspects of operations, driving and optimising efficiencies whilst maintaining safety standards, quality and supply along with data analysis and reporting as required.

Essential Criteria
Previous transport management/industry experience.
Sound knowledge of NVHR and CoR Compliance.
A strong focus on safety, quality and environmental care.
Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to lead and collaborate.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer literacy.
A current drivers licence.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible with work hours and work well in a team environment.
