* Carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks assigned by our team lead.
* Preparing new files, drafting letters, and recording correspondence and requests.
* Developing a working knowledge of critical timelines to progress cases.
* Compiling briefs and court documents.
* Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments.
* Providing guidance on case matters as instructed by legal staff to relevant parties.
* General administrative duties and reception assistance when required.
Requirements
* Proficient understanding of MS Office applications.
* Previous experience in a legal secretarial role is preferred.
* Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
